We obviously look at the processes and we analyse the figures, but our intervention mainly consists of the application of knowledge, experience and tools that allow you to get the change done yourself. We never take over a process of change; it’s an approach that really works.

HISTORY

Giotto management consultants was established in the year 2000 by Theo van Iperen, who is still in charge of the team. Through the years Giotto has developed into an authoritative consultancy agency in the field of complex processes of organisational change. Since 2008, Giotto has had its office in the Bio Science Park in Leiden, the Netherlands. There are several fully skilled professionals connected to Giotto.
